With three bedrooms, including two doubles and a single, this property can sleep five guests. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas, along with a bathroom. Outside is an enclosed lawned garden and off-road parking for 2 cars. Moggs Retreat is a lovely getaway to this fine part of North East England. Please note: this property does not accept Sunday changeovers

Neighbourhood information

Resting on the Lincolnshire coast, seven miles from the popular resort of Skegness, is the little village of Chapel St Leonards. The village offers several interesting shops, local family pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as beautiful sandy beach. There is also a leisure centre which offers hire for quad bikes, motorbikes, crazy golf and fishing. Annually, there is a Carnival Parade and a firework display on the pier.
