Nest Lodge, a stunning three bedroom lodge surrounded by nature. 
Peacefully tucked away in a heavenly pocket of West Sussex countryside, this exceptional three-bedroom holiday lodge offers a magical retreat for up to six people. The undulating hills and patchwork fields nearby offer some of the most exquisite landscapes in the country to be enjoyed from every room in the house. 
Nest Lodge at New Place Farm is a self-contained detached property set within the beautiful grounds of the owners estate which become an extension of your holiday home for alfresco dining under vast skies filled with birdsong. Inside, each space has been carefully curated with beautiful artworks, antiques and artefacts collected over many years which create a home full of character and style which impresses from the moment you step through the door. 
Go exploring on several local walks, mapped out by the owner, taking you through ancient woodland, along river paths or seeking out a country pub. Nip into the village of Pulborough or the county towns of Petworth and Arundel which host an array of historic pubs, shops and attractions, or take in a vineyard tour and tasting at the award-winning Nyetimber Estate. 
Maybe, as many previous guests experienced; once you are here, you’ll not want to venture too far. The peace and luxury of your surroundings will allow you and your party to fully recharge, away from the stresses of modern life.  
You’ll pass through some of the most exquisite countryside as you drive through the South Downs National Park from either London or the South Coast. Winding roads flanked by lush hedgerows and mature trees guide you to where this house sits signposted up a private drive where there is parking for two cars on the forecourt.
