We’re James and Sophie from KIPZ. Chester has been a part of our lives for over 16 years, and it’s also where we first met while studying at university and working in the hospitality industry.
Our love for the city and its wonderful independent businesses inspired us to buy our first property in 2016, which we transformed into a welcoming space for visitors to enjoy. Since then, KIPZ has grown to provide high-quality short-term accommodation for guests coming to Chester whether for business or leisure so they can experience the city just as we do.
Alongside hosting, we also partner with property owners, offering management services that allow even more people the chance to enjoy all that Chester has to offer.
Our goal is simple: to share the beauty, history, and charm of Chester with every guest who stays with us.
