Please note that our outdoor natural spring pool will be closed for maintenance on the following dates: 16–17 June 14–15 July 11–12 August 8–9 September 6–7 October 3–4 November 1–2 December 29–30 December Our outdoor thermal spring pool is adults only and complimentary for hotel guests. Please be aware that pool opening times vary seasonally, and the lido closes every 6–8 weeks for a deep clean.
There is an additional charge of GBP 15, per person and the time is limited to 90 minutes to use the spa facilities.

A charge of £20 per dog, per stay will apply. A maximum of two dogs allowed per room.
Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or lounge areas inside the hotel, with the exception of guide and assistance dogs.
