Private modern studio flat - Separate from the main house - with separate private entrance and en-suite. We also provide super-fast internet for free. It is situated close to City Centre, Nottingham University, Jubilee Campus, and Queen Medical Centre. Free on-road street parking. This is a studio flat with one king-size and one double bed. This house is ideal for families with children as we have a newly developed park just around the corner ( a travel cot for a child is also available on request). Please read - You are renting a whole studio flat and you will not be share with anyone. The room comes with an en-suite shower room. The studio flat also contains 40Inches Smart TV and fridge and a freezer. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. A hairdryer, basic toiletries are also provided. Fresh towels and clean linens are provided for all our guests.
I am a respectful, considerate and accommodating person. I work at College as a maths teacher. My Mrs is a Doctor and we have a beautiful daughter called Jannat. Being polite and considerate to others is important to me. It’s more typical of me to be a quiet guest, but I also enjoy a chat, debate, and discussion about almost anything.
The newly developed flat is located in the residential area of Nottingham. The neighbourhood is friendly. It is a safe and quiet area, and its residents are primarily families who have been living here for a while. Our house is three minutes walk from a bus stop and regular buses are available every 10 minutes to go to City Centre (5 minutes on the bus to the Victoria Centre: bus number 28, 30, and 31). You can also take a Taxi to the City Centre. Nottingham University and Queens Medical centre are 15 to 18 minutes’ walk. You can also take a bus. Shops and amenities: Newly built Park, leisure Centre, Aldi, Co-op, Tesco Express, Lidl, Pharmacies, Pubs, Takeaways including Subway, Greggs, and Domino's Pizza are a few minutes’ walks away.
