IMPORTANT INFORMATION - We require completion of our reservation form which includes:

Provision of government issued photo ID - Booker must be 21 years or over.
A card pre-authorisation of GBP 250.00 (for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&C's)
We will not charge an amount from the GBP 250.00, unless upon check-out there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
**Any late check-outs are chargeable at our discretion.**
PLEASE NOTE:
If you require early access, this must be arranged prior to arrival. We cannot allow your belongings to be left at the property until our cleaning team have vacated the building.
If Otaya Property Ltd. requires access to the property throughout your stay, we will ensure someone from your party is present, unless it's an emergency or prior agreement by you.

PARKING - on street parking is available on Powderham Road.

Whether you're visiting on business or holiday, our home is well placed in a convenient location of Exeter.
Bedrooms - First floor one master bedroom, one twin room and one single bedroom.
Loft / Attic room - twin bedroom.
Ground floor - Kitchen leading to the garden area. The lounge area includes a sofa beds for extra guests.
Rear garden - Outhouse with an additional WC. Decking with seating and a grass lawn area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Range stove, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is large enough to see 9 people around the dining room table.
We provide complimentary items to help you get set up for your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand wash, 2 x toilet rolls, a few dishwasher tables and bin liners.
First Floor - Bathroom with shower
Fresh, clean linen is provided with one towel per person.
This house has a lovely communal area, perfect for a relaxing time.
*Well behaved PETS are welcome upon request.
Our pet fee is GBP 50.00 to cover general wear and tear and extra cleaning. This does not cover the cost of damage caused by your pet - please contact us with details of any pets before arrival.
A separate invoice can be raised for any extra charges, kindly forward an email address for details.
*Extra guests GBP 15.00 per person/per night.
Access is via a KEY CODE LOCK BOX - located by the front door.
The ACCESS CODE is issued by email 2 HOURS prior to your agreed check-in time.
Guests have access to the whole house. The garden shed is locked for the owner's use.

Cowick St, St Thomas Shopping Precinct - Co operative, Wetherspoons pub, Cafes, takeaways, laundrette, Post Office and plenty of other independent shops.
You will also find Aldi’s, The Range and Iceland on Alphington Road.
Both Alphington Road and Cowick Street lead into the centre of Exeter.
St Thomas is well connected by train, bus and roads. Only a few minutes drive from the M5 and A30, and easy driving distance to the north and south coast as well as both moors.
