Number 12 Yorkshire Holiday House is a self Catering Family Holiday House. A charming 5 bedroom mid-terrace Victorian House, sleeps up to 12 guests + 2 infants, full of character with modern touch. There are numerous local places of interest to visit and explore. The house is a short walk away from Filey’s beautiful sandy beach, described as one of the “best beaches in the country for families”. Close to local attractions, train and bus stations. Filey town centre is less than a 5 minute walk away.
Number 12 Yorkshire Holiday House was launched in April 2019. Renovated by my husband & I as we are both passionate about property development. It is tailored for families and groups of sensible adults as well. A Relaxed and enjoyable time can be spent in the best that East Yorkshire can provide. Majority of our bookings are for more than one family, mostly related to each other and looking to share a large holiday house. However we also take bookings for groups of 4 - 10 people.
