The estate is very quiet and has no exit option when you come down the road. This means that there’s no through traffic - the only cars that come into the estate are visitors or people who live in the estate. Close proximity to the beach, The Fort Shopping Centre is 5 minute drive and Asda supermarket a 2 minute drive. We also have some lovely walks close by.
