Mags & Paul warmly welcome you to Park Dene. After many many years of working in Disability Services and due to the decline in services we felt a career change was in order. After lots of thought as to what we would do next we excitedly began house searching, we found our baby. She was a little rough around the edges to say the least as she hadn't been touched since 1930. But after 10 months of hard work the renovation was complete . We hope you love her as much as we do.

Our home has been lovingly renovated throughout to a very high standard maintaining lots of its period features to which we are very proud. Lots of thought and effort has gone into the renovation of every room and each of them beautifully furnished. Park Dene is a short walk from the sea and Whitby Sands. Approximately 100 metres you can access the cliff lift, taking you to the beautiful blue flag beach. A short distance you will find Whitby Pavilion and Theatre. A 10/15 minute walk will take you to the harbour, train station, main shopping area and Whitby's many pubs and restaurants. A walk over the swing bridge and along the cobble streets you will find the 199 steps which will take you to Whitby Abbey. In close proximity is Whitby golf club, football and cricket grounds. bowling green and leisure centre and indoor swimming pool. A few minutes walk will take you to Pannett Park, Museum and Art Gallery' Come and relax and enjoy what Whitby and the surrounding area has to offer.
