Welcome to our renovated, spacious apartment which is modern & contemporary in design, and is situated in the heart of the medieval town of Shrewsbury, with its Turdor buildings, back streets steeped in history and an abundance of independents shops and boutiques, restaurants, bars, & cafes to suit all tastes. Step out the front door and immerse yourself in our vibrant culture and history. We are only a 3-minute walk from the train station, great for exploring other parts of our county. The space The apartment is located on the first floor, with a spacious open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that gives the apartment a real light and airy feel to it. The living area looks out onto Castle Street and includes a SMART TV. The newly fitted kitchen has all the amenities you would expect with a breakfast bar for two. Off the hallway is a modern, contemporary bathroom, which features a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. At the rear of the property is a double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. This is one of 4 apartments we let out in the building. Guest access We have a shared entrance with other guests but our apartment is let as an entire space. Please make yourself at home. PARKING We have 2 parking spaces **subject to availability** which get reserved quickly. Each space is 10 pounds per night. Please enquire. The apartments are based in a central and bustling location.
