You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

The flat is in a pretty part of north Chichester, a 25 minute walk from the town centre with all of its attractions, and a short stroll from the large green space of Havenstoke Park and its cafe. It is a short drive from the famous Goodwood Estate, the South Downs National Park AONB, and 25 minutes from West Wittering Beach.
The space
The apartment is located in the modern development of Graylingwell Park, a contemporary development set in 85 acres of parkland in North Chichester, yet only a mile from the city centre. Conveniently located for the hospital, the University, and the Festival Theatre, this is a great place for those needing shorter term accommodation.
It sleeps up to 2 guests (one double bedroom), is located on the third floor of the block and benefits from lift access.
Enter the block through the shared entrance with the lift on your left and the large stairwell on your right.
As you enter the apartment into the hallway you will find plenty of space for hanging coats and storing shoes in the large cupboard on your right.
The double bedroom is directly in front of you and is bright and airy with plenty of storage space with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The bathroom is also off the entrance hallway (on the left as you enter the apartment) and has a three piece suite with shower over the bath.
The open plan living space consists of a modern kitchen, a dining area and sitting room. The kitchen is kitted out for home dining with plenty of worktop space, an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and smaller appliances including a microwave, kettle and toaster. The washer-dryer is also located in the kitchen. The large dining table is just off the kitchen, offering plenty of space for meals, or to work from the comfort of the flat.
There is a Ring Doorbell Camera at the entrance of the property. The noise is disabled for your privacy.

The flat is in a modern development in the peaceful area of north Chichester with large open spaces for exercising and relaxing with local cafes. It is a 30 minute walk into the centre of town with it's Cathedral and pedestrianised shopping centre with a fantastic range of local shops, cafes and restaurants.
There is a local One Stop a 15 minute walk away, and the larger supermarkets are located a short drive away to the South of Chichester. The Tesco Extra is open 24 hours a day and has an ATM.
Places to eat and drink:
Within the development is the Pavilion Cafe overlooking the Park, and Chichester centre is full of lovely cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance.
Heading out of town towards Midhurst, there are some lovely local pubs in Lavant (The Royal Oak or The Earl of March).
Local attractions:
Chichester is a lovely city to walk through, but also around if you follow the Walls Walk, which takes you around the original walls of the city, where you can enjoy the green open space of Priory Park or sit in Bishops Palace Gardens near the Cathedral. You may even be lucky to see the Peregrine falcons which nest in the bell tower. Being in the north of Chichester, you will have easy access to the South Downs (AONB) as well as West Dean Gardens and the Weald and Downland Museum. It is also well located for Goodwood, with its motor and horse racing events.
