A great spacious 2 bedroom home in Surrey, in a quiet family area. Located close to local amenities and a 12 min walk to Walton Station - 30minutes to London Waterloo. Parking outside the property door, small private fenced garden/patio. Airports: Heathrow - 35min by car / Gatwick - 45min by car Sandown Racecourse, Hampton Court, Kingston, London, Windsor Castle, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventure are within 30min. The space The house is in a very quiet family area. Very conveniently located for lovely walks by the Thames, a walk to the high street or a 7min drive to The Heart Shopping centre where you will find great cafes, restaurants and pubs. We are near the train station so you will hear the train. As you walk into the property you are welcomed to a spacious lounge with TV and Wifi. The kitchen has the basic amenities you require for cooking and a dining table which you can also work from. There is a small private garden/patio for you to enjoy. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms both with double beds. 1 room has lots of wardrobes perfect for storage. Family bathroom with bath/shower and you have mini spa hotel toiletries.
