We have worked very hard to get the house into such a lovely space for a family or small group of friends to enjoy. Downstairs you will find a very cosy living area with smart TV, a dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need for whipping up delicious home made meals. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with full size bath (perfect for soaking in after a long day sightseeing!) and two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one with a double/single bunkbed). Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Our house is located in a prime location close to the city. It has a true Belfast feel, traditional yet with modern amenities. It benefits from its very close proximity to Belfast's most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres. You can enjoy an abundance of casual and fine dining options surrounding the city hall or along the cobbled streets of Cathedral Quarter. You are very close by to Maddens pub and Kellys Cellars which are great if you are looking for traditional music and a pint of Guinness. Must see attractions near by include Titanic Belfast, Crumlin Road Gaol and St George's Market to name a few, you are also close to both high end and high street shopping available throughout the city and at Victoria Square Shopping Centre. If you dont fancy walking grab a taxi, Uber or bus, these are plentiful and very reasonable.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
