The lodge is located in the village of Funtington with restaurants and pubs on its doorstep. Chichester is close by with its cathedral, shops and cafes, and it is perfectly located for Goodwood, world famous for its motor and horse racing events. This newly decorated barn is set over two floors and furnished to a high standard. Enter the property into the open plan kitchen and living room which is a beautiful room for dining and relaxing with views out to neighbouring gardens. On the ground floor is also a walk-in shower room. The large bedroom on the mezzanine floor is quirky with its beautiful beams, large windows and glass balustrade offering a bright and peaceful sleeping space. The bedroom has a high quality king sized bed to ensure a good night's sleep with hotel style linen and toiletries. Outside is a private sitting area perfect for enjoying a sun downer with views across the tended lawns and gardens of the host's property. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
