Traffic free location in Dartmouth centre. Spacious, 3 bedroomed, well equipped house. Large garden with outside seating areas, Stunning views across the valley. Please note that during July and August, our changeover day is Sunday and we are not able to offer stays of less than 7 days. Outside of these months, our changeover day is flexible and we offer stays of 5 days or more.

The parking permit provides unlimited parking at the nearby Mayors Avenue car park, which is a six minute walk away. You can load/unload to your car from the front door of the property.
