Our spacious loft room is located on the top floor of a welcoming Victorian family home in the desirable Peverell area of Plymouth. Guests enter through the shared main entrance and have exclusive access to the third floor, which includes a private bedroom and dedicated bathroom. The bright and stylish room is perfect for work or relaxation. An additional bedroom featuring a comfortable setup with a workspace available on the same floor when you book 3rd person. Please note there is a no-shoes policy upstairs. Kindly leave your shoes in the hallway downstairs. Thank you for your understanding! Please also note there is a pet cat at the property. This is a live-in host space, and there are children in the home. The guest room is on the third floor, so noise is minimal but speak to us if you have any queries & feedback.
