Pheasant View is a beautifully renovated and comfortable two bedroomed apartment set one block back from the seafront in the centre of the cafe culture end of Llandudno, Craig Y Don. The perfect location for a holiday in Llandudno, the apartment is spacious and well thought out. Both bedrooms have high quality, comfortable super-king sized beds. There is a large living/dining room with sea views and modern flat screen television with full streaming services. The main bedroom also has a new flat screen television with full streaming services. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage for your clothes and both are fitted with blackout roman blinds. Both the bedrooms and the living room have plug points with USB A & C charging points. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glasses and crockery and has a coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom is a modern 3 piece bathroom with storage in the vanity unit. The mirror is a smart mirror with an integrated shavers plug. The apartment is spacious and offers plenty of room for a family of 4 or 2 couples. All furniture is good quality and well maintained to give all guests the best holiday experience. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a building with no lift so guests must have no mobility problems (55 steps). The apartment is not suitable for children under 3 as there is nowhere for prams etc.

My name is John and I am your host at Pheasant View. I have stayed at many rental properties over the years with my family, my wife and two daughters who are now teenagers. We found self catering rentals worked best for us as a family offering the best of both worlds. As a family we learnt what we liked and didn’t like in rentals and have tried to make Pheasant View the best of the things that we found worked for us. I live with my family around the corner from the property and as much as I am able would like to meet all guests and offer any advice they need for planning their stay both before and during their trip. If I am away myself we have self check in on site and I am always available via messaging during daytime hours. I am a keen walker and have many a walk for different abilities I can recommend both in Llandudno and surrounding Snowdonia. I am friendly and helpful and available if you need me but will equally give you the space to enjoy your trip in peace if this is your preference. I have 2 rental properties both in the same Edwardian building in the heart of the shops of Craig-y-don.

Pheasant View is located in the Craig-y-don end of Llandudno offering in our opinion the best location for a visit to Llandudno. Craig-y-don has a host of independent coffee shops, restaurants, take aways, shops and small bars. We are set one block back from the promenade and this is the best way to walk into the Main Street in Llandudno and to the great Orme, straight up the beautiful Victorian promenade taking in the views of Llandudno bay. Llandudno is notoriously difficult to park with the main part of the town having very restricted parking. Craig-y-don does not have restricted parking and it is free on street parking. You may get a space on the street outside but if not you won’t be parked far away as parking is not difficult at this end.
