The property has just been completed in the summer of 2019, it has a spacious living and dining room with double patio doors which lead out to a large patio area with some stunning views. There is a large garden which is fenced and secure.There is a large hallway and entrance. The large double bedroom looks on to the River Snizort. There is a ample sized twin room with two single beds. There is a large bathroom with a luxurious twin shower. The property features airsource heating system which is individually controlled for each room to your preference, enabling constantant hot water, perfect after a day out enjoying Skye. Luxury towels and linen is provided.There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, oven hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. Washing line is outside.All necessary kitchen utensils are provided. There is a large tv, binoculars as the area is a hotspot for wildlife. Free fast unlimited WiFi is included for your stay. We live across the road from Poachers Bothy on the family croft, We are available to contact during your stay to offer any advice or assistance you may require to ensure you have the best possible experience during your stay.

Poachers Bothy is located 5 miles from Portee, in the very peaceful township Skeabost Bridge. The area features the Snizort River which is a popular Salmon Fishing River(permits can be arranged at additional cost) Poachers Bothy is ideally located for easy travel to any of Skye Tourist Locations. Poachers Bothy has ample parking for several cars. Skeabost Bridge is a very quiet friendly and safe area, with a number of easily accessible walks which are suitable for people of all ages, there are several good cycling routes nearby for road and mtb cyclists. Poachers Bothy is ideally situated for you to travel to all Skye Tourist Locations quickly and easily. There is the very popular Skeabost Hotel and Restaurant nearby which you can walk to from Poachers Bothy in about 10 mins. This restaurant has some of the best food on Skye and is highly recommended by us. In Edinbane which is a short drive away there are several good restaurants along with craft visitor attractions. We can also offer our guests secure storage for any bicycles at our property across the road as we are keen cyclists. We can also offer track pumps if you require.
