Large front drive with room for several vehicles and campervan. Ground floor with hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room & toilet. Stairs with stairlift for disabled persons. First floor with master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms, toilet room & shower/bathroom. Shower has disabled persons facilities. Backyard is available for outdoor dining and drying clothes.
We are presently resident overseas, and have recently purchased this property as a place to stay in Wales during our holidays. We are pleased to offer our home to others as a base to visit Porthcawl and the surrounding area. Presently the facilities are limited to the house and outside drive/back yard. We do have a plan to offer the outbuilding to store bicycles water / sports equipment, but we do need to clear some junk first!
