Set in the beautiful Devon countryside, halfway between the market towns of Axminster and Honiton and 15 minutes from Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Seaton beaches. Enjoy having the best night's sleep ever (on our kingsize Eve memory foam mattress with Octasmart topper) and waking up to birdsong! You are welcome to bring up to two well behaved dogs (pet charge payable) and you will have your own private garden with views across the valley. Enjoy a drink or a meal at our local village pub, The White Hart, or book a table at The Wilmington Brasserie, both only a few minutes walk away!

We live next door and are available at all times to assist or offer local information. You have your own gated entrance, parking area, garden and private front door. We will aim to greet you when you arrive but after that we will leave you to it.

Wilmington is a small village in the beautiful Devon countryside. We are situated down a quiet lane, whilst still being within easy access of local amenities. It’s a few minutes walk to the end of the lane (300 yards) where you will find our local pub The White Hart, and restaurant The Wilmington Brasserie. The Grazing Cow is a farm shop & cafe which is approximately a mile up the road, and just opposite this you will find The Windmill Garage which is a filling station and Spar shop, open until 9pm every night. In Honiton town you will find supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, M&S Food) together with countless independent shops and cafes. There are also many takeaway restaurants to choose from, Indian, Chinese, Nepalese, Thai, Turkish, Portuguese, Pizza, Fish & Chips etc. It takes less than 10 minutes to drive into the market towns of Axminster or Honiton, or 25/30 minutes to Exeter. There are several popular beaches within 15/20 minutes and lots of unspoiled villages to explore. Honiton or Axminster rail stations are both approximately a 10 minute drive, and there is also a bus stop at the end of the lane which is about a 3 minute walk.
