Property information

The house is set across two floors. Downstairs: a fully-equipped kitchen with all plates, cutlery etc. provided for your group. A small table and chairs for four guests, and a separate living room with sofas and a coffee table are also on this floor, as well as a downstairs toilet. There is a TV in the lounge for your use. Outside: A private terrace, with space to sit! This terrace is private and has pretty views of the neighbouring Clifton houses. Perfect for a glass of wine on a sunny afternoon, or a lovely glass of juice with a view in the morning :) Upstairs: Two comfortable double bedrooms, with hotel-quality linens and towels provided for every guest. Another spacious social space in the landing with a separate second dining table here too. We also provide luxury vegan-friendly toiletries and basic items for the house such as loo roll, cooking oil, salt and pepper and other bits and pieces that you might need for your trip. At the back of the house: a designated parking space just for your use. One car can comfortably fit in this space. Unfortunately we are unable to host stag/hen parties!

Neighbourhood information

The property is set right at the heart of beautiful Clifton Village, surrounded by boutique shops and cafes, and lovely restaurants and eateries. Clifton is a colourful and friendly place, and we have loved this part of Bristol for years - we cannot wait to share it with guests. The property is located on a quiet residential street, tucked away near the Suspension Bridge, but with restaurants at the end of the road (which is very long!) Feel free to ask us more about the area if you like!
