Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom apartment situated right in the heart of Brixham, Devon! This sunny harbourside town is the perfect spot for a mini break or a quiet coastal retreat, with plenty of beautiful pubs, shops and cafes to visit during your stay. The apartment can comfortably sleep 2 guests and has plenty of space to unwind. Parking spaces on the streets behind the property are free, if available. A permit for all Torbay council car parks is available from the Torbay council website, for the duration of your stay. A single permit will allow you to park in any of the council car parks in Torbay, where you may want to visit. The main town centre car park is a few minutes’ walk away. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
