The Lairbeck Apartments are uniquely positioned only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Keswick, close to the A66 for easy access but in a very peaceful area of Keswick known as Vicarage Hill. Turning right from the Lairbeck car park and down Vicarage Hill, it takes around 10 minutes, or a 15 minute slow stroll to take in the River Greta en route to get to the supermarkets and bottom of Main Street. If you're heading to the top end of Keswick with its restaurants and Alhambra Cinema, turn left from the Lairbeck car park along Vicarage Hill. After crossing Crossthwaite Road and turning left in to Brundholme Road, you can stroll through Fitz park and enjoy its cricket and football pitches and the mountain bike pump track. We're in a great spot to start some of he best walks in and around Keswick, from Portinscale and Catbells, to Latrigg, Skiddaw and the ever beautiful (and flat) Keswick to Threlkeld path.
