Renfrew House conveniently situated just outside central Bolton in the more affluent area. The house is a large modern detached house, it is spacious with a open plan communal area for all the enjoy and create memories. the house is tucked away in a cul de sac, so nice and safe family estate. Renfrew House sleeps up to 17 people, perfect for contractors and large family groups. Locally there is the very sociable three pigeon's pub and dinning and the tavern fayre. There is also a 24 hour shell petrol station for small everyday amenities, and within walking distance there is the co op store along with several takeaways with a range of different foods to select from. Via the M61 within 9 mins, 4.7 miles is the University of Bolton Sadium, it has many events through out the year, also very close to the stadium is the Middlebrook retail park with a variety of branded and non branded stores.

Renfrew House is only 5 minutes away from the M61 and very close to the following A roads A58, A579 & A676. 10 minutes away is Middlebrook Retail, Leisure Centre & Macron Stadium. Locally there is Co-op & Tesco express in walking distance, along with several food option takeaways including the local Three Pigeons for food and drinks. Just 12 mins away is Bolton Town Centre and Bolton Steam Museum.
