The property also includes an outhouse with one bedroom, but this will not be available until February 2025. For bookings before this date, the property can sleep up to 10 guests with four bedrooms in the main house. The main house includes two bathrooms, while the outhouse does not have a bathroom. Guests can enjoy modern amenities, including Smart TVs in the living room and one of the bedrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine (no tumble dryer). The driveway offers parking for up to three cars or two vans, ensuring convenience for guests with vehicles. The property is in an excellent location, close to the M25 for easy access to local attractions. It is a 15-minute drive to the Harry Potter Studios and just a 5-minute drive to Rickmansworth Station, which is served by the Metropolitan Line with regular trains into London.
