High Bentham is a friendly town located within 4 miles of Ingleton and 10 miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. Within High Bentham are three pubs, various restaurants, takeaways, Coop Store, Spar store and other small businesses catering for your needs. A regular train runs through High Bentham running from Lancaster in the West to Leeds in the East.
