Rough Hill House consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast bar, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer, a living/dining room with open fire, a sitting room with TV and open fire, a conservatory/snug, an external games room, a cloakroom, and an external sauna. The bedrooms consist of a double, two ground-floor doubles, a family room with en-suite bath, and four family rooms, along with two shower rooms and a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open fire, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed, wraparound garden with gravel, patio, lawn, furniture, hot tub, outdoor swimming pool, barbecue, plus off-road parking. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking.
