The property was built around 1937 and in recent years has been updated to provide modern standards of comfort (double glazing/cavity insulation/gas central heating) but still retains much of its old character such as the high ceilings and exterior appearance. The interior has been tastefully decorated and a new kitchen fitted, with a separate utility room provided containing laundry facilities. The property has a large rear garden, with a patio recently added, and a partially covered enclosed yard, providing secure storage for items such as motorcycles or bicycles.
Although I did not grow up in Coleraine I have many connections to the area and the house has been in my family for about 70 years, coming into my ownership in 2001. The property has recently undergone a complete revamp, whilst trying to retain some of the original character.
My workplace is currently located in Coleraine and I am very familiar with the area. I have a particular interest in local history and genealogy.
