The apartment is located in a quiet residential street overlooking the Saffrons recreational area with views of the South Downs. There are pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. The main railway station is a 5 minute walk. The area is part of the original Duke of Devonshire's development of Eastbourne at the beginning of the 20th Century and all houses are very stylish, individual and large, mostly in the Arts and Crafts style with brick cartouches over the entrance.
