The property is newly renovated, it's cosy and bright with a modern kitchen and bathroom. 1 Kingsize bedroom on the ground floor and a further 2 singles or 1 superking can be found on the mezzanine level. The mezzanine level bedroom is accessed via a set of narrow very steep stairs which may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
The property is set in a rural location among the grounds of an old mill and our home. The spectacular Lunan bay can be accessed by car in 5 minutes or by foot along a scenic 25 minute walk. The coastal towns of Arbroath and Montrose are a short drive away where all amenities can be found.
