Sea Breeze is a modern, 5 bedroom, well equipped property within a short walk from Portstewart Strand beach.
The ground floor has 3 x double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite and the other 2 served by the large family bathroom with shower and bath.
There are 2 further double located on the 1st floor served by the large family shower room.
The open plan living, kitchen and dining areas are also located on the 1st floor with views to Portstewart Strand Golf Course. A utility room on the 1st floor provides a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
A fully enclosed garden offers a safe playing area for children.
On site private parking offers ample parking for up to 4 cars.
Please note that heavy entertaining and partying is strictly prohibited in this house and a damage/excess cleaning deposit is payable 24 hours prior to arrival.
Portstewart is a beautiful coastal town on the top north western tip of Northern Ireland. It faces Innishowen, Co. Donegal and is bordered by both the vibrant river Bann and the wild Atlantic Ocean. Both these magnificent forces of nature meet at Portstewart strand, just a minutes’ walk away, where you can see the river Bann enter the Atlantic Ocean at the Barmouth. A beautiful coastal path takes you to the Promenade and Town Centre. The neighbouring towns of Coleraine and Portrush are about 4 or 5 miles away. The stunning UNESCO heritage site of Giant's Causeway is about a 20 minute drive away.
You can enjoy a range of water activities including surfing, paddle boarding and body boarding.
Golfers will not be disappointed in the choice of courses and any avid walkers, runners or cyclists will have plenty of pathways, roads and cycle paths to explore leading to various areas of Portstewart or to neighbouring towns of Portrush, Coleraine, Bushmills. Small beach areas and children's play parks either with in the town or promenade area, there is always plenty to do when considering free entertainment for children. With little family owned shops and boutiques dotted along the promenade and the world famous and award winning MORELLI'S ice cream shop and café, Portstewart is a wonderful place to visit.
