A husband and wife team, we adore property and as well as managing properties for others, we also own an ever-expanding portfolio of local holiday let properties ourselves. Sea View is a delightful seaside property with stunning views of the Bracklesham Bay coastline. The house is seconds away from the beach and features multiple outdoor spaces with garden furniture, the perfect spot for you to enjoy al fresco living. Inside you will find light, airy rooms and a fresh coastal feel throughout. Perfect for families and friends all year round - open the doors and hit the beach in the sun, or snug up in front of the flat screen TV after a blustery beach walk. Situated over three floors, this three bedroom property has sea view balconies facing East and West. At ground level there is an enclosed courtyard garden and to the front, a large patio area with access to a beach slipway and communal outdoor shower to host off sandy dogs, kids or water sports gear. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with double bed and single bed plus walk-in wet room shower with w/c. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one master suite with king bed and ensuite bath/shower room, and one single bedroom; both rooms feature wonderful sea views. The open plan kitchen/dining room features a large table to seat 6, and sliding doors which open onto the sea view balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and induction hob. From the living room there is another sea view balcony. The living room itself has plenty of comfy furniture, W-Fi and flatscreen TV. It's the ideal place to cosy up after a day on the beach. Sea View is situated on a private residential estate with communal parking spaces for up to 2 vehicles. Located on the West Sussex coast near Chichester and Goodwood, Bracklesham Bay is an ideal British Beach location. This is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades.
