The property has been in the family since then 1980s. Having been brought up on Exmoor I love to return to stay in the house with my family as often as time allows, we therefore treat the house not only as a holiday cottage but also see it as our own home from home.
I love being a host as holidays are usually a positive and exciting thing to do, where guests have fun and enjoy memorable moments with friends or family during their stay.
I feel passionately about Exmoor, having been brought up in the nearby village of Wootton Courtenay, so l consider myself to be very much an Exmoor girl at heart. There is nothing I enjoy more than enjoying the views and breathing the fresh air in the Exmoor countryside where I love walking our dogs, Daisy (labradoodle) and Pandora (poodle) and exploring the moorlands and woodlands on my horse Amber.
Porlock has a great community atmosphere with events being hosted throughout the year inc carnival, duck race, Xmas Fair, Summer Fete, horse shows and more.
