This spacious flat is directly on St Leonards seafront, close to the pier, Warrior Square, Hastings, Hastings Contemporary Gallery etc, many restaurants, the beach (10metres), and all sorts of other activities - St Leonards is a creative boho hub. There are amazing views from the roomy balcony and it's a great location. The decor is boho-chic, bare floorboards, rugs, open plan, etc. It's a very comfortable space and a great place to relax in. A wonderful antidote to city life...a few minutes here and you're relaxed.
IMP: If you enjoy a boho, relaxed, mindful and quirky seafront style - with a great view - then you are likely to love my flat, but if you want a super swish and minimalist top hotel set up then it's quite likely you won't.
The space comprises a beautiful and large room with two panoramic windows and a sizeable balcony looking onto the sea, comfortable sofas, an indoor viewing platform (you can sleep on at your own risk), a kitchen area, bathroom and double bedroom. It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy yourself in. You can hear the soft sound of the waves as you sit in the flat.
NB: I've asked for six days booking notice, but it's worth asking if you want to book within this limit as it may be possible. Thanks. Also note, there is free parking nearby and Warrior Sq station is a 7 minute walk away
Guest access
You have the whole flat to use to yourselves. It's on the fourth floor - there's a two person lift that takes you up there...or stairs of course if you're keeping fit.
Other things to note
As it's a lovely quiet space in a building with just one flat on each floor. Please have respect for neighbours. I don't have a TV so please bring a laptop etc if you want to watch iplayer. I have bluetooth speakers. The flat has an uninterrupted view of the sea (the sea is 20 metres away. There’s loads to do in St Leonards, on your doorstep, and old town Hastings is a 15-20minute walk away, or a quick bus trip.
This is my home (not a dedicated bnb) so there’s a warmth to it. I love to share it with respectful guests, not least as it’s so nice and rejuvenating to sit and look at the ever changing sea outside.
The view, the many many things to do - live music, great pubs, castle, caves, lots of yoga etc, art gallery, Kino, restaurants, there’s just loads to do in St Leonards and Hastings and lots too in the beautiful surrounding area. You can easily get a train to historic Rye for eg, or drive of course if you’re in a car.
