Right opposite the house you will find basketball, roller blade and tennis courts, and then beyond a walkway to the beach. To the right of the house you have Princes Park one of Eastbourne's finest parks, stretching over 33 acres, the park includes a cafe, bowling green, 2 children's play areas with a paddling pool, water jets and sprinklers, a boating lake with over 20 beautiful white swans and many other birds.
