Large double room which contains workspace, seating area with TV (not smart TV) in a 3 bed semi-detached house in quiet suburbia 13 minutes walk from the beach.
Fast WiFi. Lots storage space, , full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen diner, garden with rattan furniture, conservatory - lots of places to relax!
Stay home and lounge on the garden furniture in the sunny weather or in the cozy conservatory. Opt for a night in and watch Freeview TV. Unwind in this spacious and serene space.
Please note extra guests are not permitted; if brought you will be charged the room rate for each guest.
Please note that this is a working household. The kitchen/diner will be used for business on Mondays 10am-7pm & Tuesday 2-7, so this space will be out of bounds during these times; apologies for any inconvenience caused. These times can change so please check with me if you would like to use the kitchen.

Street art and Vale park a short walk away.
