Escape to Little Trevio, your ultimate coastal retreat. Our modern newly refurbished apartment, nestled in a tranquil residential area, offers stunning views of Brixham Harbour and the sea beyond from the terrace, and partial sea views from the living room. An 8 minute stroll takes you down to the town and lively Brixham Harbour, with plenty of places to eat and drink as well as gift shops and artisan products. You are a short stroll from Brixham lighthouse and and the wonderful Breakwater Beach.
Back at Little Trevio, comfortable outdoor furniture on the terrace invites you to soak up the sun and relax. With plenty of amenities inc. WIFI, peaceful location and unforgettable views, Little Trevio promises a perfect seaside getaway for one or two.
Please note there are 18 steps down (with a handrail) to the property entrance from the parking space.
We live in the adjoining property to the front (separate private access). We give you complete privacy with no contact check in and check out. However, if you need anything during your stay, please feel free to message us at any time.
We are so pleased to be able to share our little corner of Brixham with you. We wanted to make Little Trevio the perfect place where friends and family (and now you) can come and stay and experience all our hometown has to offer. If you have any tips or ideas on how we can improve please let me know.
We moved here from Bucks in March 2021 and are lucky to have most of our family in the area. Our neighbours and locals alike have made us feel so welcome, we love it here! We mostly enjoy the beautiful coastal walks and eating out at all the amazing restaurants and cafes in the area. I recently took up sea swimming and it has become a firm favourite. My other hobbies are making sourdough bread, jams & marmalades and baking.
Located in a quiet residential area 0.4 miles from Brixham Harbour. Set up on a hill with arguably the best views of the town, harbour and sea. Close to all of Brixham's wonderful amenities but away from the main hustle and bustle allowing you to return to a calm and idyllic retreat for your base.
