We are delighted to share our little bolt hole with you. I live with my family just the other side of the Tamar and we come to Talland as often as we can to unwind and sit and watch the view!
Property information
A perfect hideaway for 2. Situated just above Talland Bay. You will be the first to wake to a sea view and walk on the beach or swim in the sea. South facing so it gets the sun all day.
The cottage is upside down - so the living area takes in the glorious view of the sea and sand with balcony for outside dining. Downstairs the bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the decking is accessed through sliding doors.
Neighbourhood information
We are situated between Looe (a bustling seaside town) and Polperro (a popular Cornish Fishing Village). Both are accessed along the coast path within easy walking distance (Polperro 2.5 miles and Looe 4 miles) . Talland itself has a few houses with Porthallow just above us. We have Talland Bay Hotel just north of us for fine dining and extensive Gin Bar. On the beach there is Talland Bay Beach Cafe run by Jo and Neil - not to be missed, and Smugglers Cafe around the corner.
