OOur Family Farmhouse was built at the end of 19th Century. Has multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, fireplaces & private outdoor space, comfortably sleeping the entire group while keeping all comforts of home. The Farmhouse has extensive gardens surrounded by farmland & woodland. Accessible via unmade Farmers Track. Requiring a very slow careful drive. A great base to explore beautiful surrounding countryside whilst enjoying the views. Dog friendly & local to a wide range of activities & places of interest. No other type of pet allowed. No WI-FI available We expect The Farmhouse to be left as you found it. The Farmhouse is well equipped with cleaning products. Please fill dishwasher and put it on as you leave.

We are an easy going couple who love travelling, trying hotels, Airbnb & glamping. We like to keep active and love and live life to the full, living in our rural farmhouse in the middle of the English countryside with our dog. We want to share our Farmhouse with friends, relatives and beyond. The Farmhouse is yours for the duration but if you have any questions at all, we are at the end of the phone. We will interact with you as much or as little as you wish. If you have any requests please dont hesitate to ask, we will do our best to help.

The Farmhouse is in a rural position in the middle of fields, access via unmade Farmers Tracks, but nearby is the market town of Ormskirk, also Martin Mere Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust centre. The Farmhouse is popular with Wedding Party’s attending Meols Hall, just 10 minutes away and many surrounding venues. Formby, with its National Trust beach and red squirrels. Numerous Golf courses can be found nearby. Churchtown with its quirky thatched cottages, shops, restaurants & wine bars is worth a visit. It’s only 10 minutes to Southport by car, where you can find all amenities, including Tesco and Aldi. There are no shops, amenities within walking distance. A car is ESSENTIAL. A car is necessary. Please wear correct footwear at all times when outside The Farmhouse. The Cobbled drive, Courtyard and lawn are uneven. Children & dogs must be supervised at all times. Dogs must not be left in The Farmhouse alone. There are many country walks in the area. These walks are only accesssible by car.
