Modern self contained side annexe with own entrance and off road parking on a private drive. Ideal for 2/3 persons. Two rooms, front facing double bedroom with second room containing a sofa/folding into a large single bed for one person together with an equipped kitchenette and flat screen wall mountedApple T.V The accommodation is located in a quiet residential street near Hove park. Excellent public transport links, bus 5b/21 runs regularly into the centre of Brighton and a 10 minute taxis into central Brighton

We have been hosting for over two years on another platform and will be available should you need to contact me during your stay to answer questions you may have. Loves to travel, can speak some Spanish and Portuguese.

Many guests have said they like the accommodation as it is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but also excellent transport links into Brighton, just 10 mins in a car and approx 15/20 mins on the bus which is easily accessible from the accommodation. There is the stunning Hove Park just 5 mins away with a lovely coffee shop and tennis courts. There are many music gigs and events to see in Brighton as well as the stunning Royal Pavilion and Gardens, historical landmark . Also within easy reach of the South Downs if you enjoy hiking and a 25 min walk to the seafront where you can walk along the seafront into Brighton. Great foodie scene if you enjoy eating out and easy access also to both Sussex and Brighton Universities.
