We have owned Serenity Caravan since 2019 and made many improvements over the years including underfloor insulation in order to make the central heating system more effective so the van is never cold. Every room has thermal curtains and the main living room has blinds as well. We also have a security system installed for us, but we disable the cameras that are on the decking and the door bell when the van is occupied. We have bought a bungalow on. the site to live in so we are always available If you have any queries about the area or the van, please don't hesitate to ask. We remain very much in the background unless needed.

Really looking forward to hosting you in this wonderful part of the Broads National Park. One of the things we love to do is to watch the yachts racing at the weekend whilst enjoying a snack/drink/meal at the onsite pub. It has both indoor and outdoor seating and is dog friendly too. Those of you who are more active might enjoy a beach ride at Pakefield Riding School nearby, I love horses and my family own their own. Another hobby we enjoy is to go out on our elderly Broads cruiser and potter around on the river. You can hire boats and do the same too if you wish. Above all we hope you have a great time during your stay with us.

Oulton Broad is lovely place to stay with many amenities nearby. There are some delightful cafes/pubs just the other side of St Nicholas Park which is situated next to the Broad and very close to the caravan park. Both the local fish and chip shop and Chinese restaurant deliver! St Nicholas park is a spacious park with a petting zoo and playground for kiddies, plus a museum. You can hire kayaks and paddle boards and venture out on Oulton Broad, or you might enjoy a trip on the river on board the Waveney Princess, plus you can enjoy a drink or a cuppa and snack whilst on board. In the other direction are Carleton Marshes a wonderful place to explore nature and walk your dogs. Lowestoft with its lovely beaches, has a cinema, a Pier with the usual amenities, plus the Marina Theatre with a variety of shows to suit all tastes. Southwold is another of many great places for visit. This is just a tase of what the County of Suffolk has to offer and the reason why we chose to live here.
