Stylish rooms as shown and very clean and tidy. Conveniently located in town centre so a bit of traffic noise is unavoidable. It is a surprise for the deposit requirement nowadays but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

A great base/springboard in central Lymington serving many needs. Large Groups/small groups/ single person or couple. Newly refurbished. You would be booking two Interlinked flats therefore 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms. The apartments can be locked off to rent separately for a group of 4 (downstairs) or a group of 6 (upstairs). The property is 1 min from lymington high street opposite Waitrose and above a hairdresser. No Parking but available parking on adjacent roads free of charge. The apartments are well equipped and can be booked separately via our other listings (downstairs flat up to 4), upstairs flat (up to 6), or both on this listing, sleeping up to 10. Downstairs flat. Gorgeous Navy kitchen with breakfast bar and two stools. Well-equipped kitchen withe crockery, full-size fridge freezer, cooker, built-in microwave, and filter coffee machine. Bathroom -lovely fresh new shower room with electric shower and black fixtures. White metro tiles. Living area with four-seater sofabed seating four and sleeping up to two, coffee table and smart TV. Dining table seats 4. The living area leads onto a small patio with a BBQ and seating area for 2. A spiral staircase leads to the main bedroom with a king bed sleeping up to two and french doors leading onto a large balcony with a seating area for up to 4. Upstairs apartment Gorgeous Navy kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen with children's crockery, full-size fridge freezer, cooker, built-in microwave, and filter coffee machine. The dining table seats up to 6. Lounge area with sofa and footstools seating 4-6. Bedroom 1. X1 Double bed sleeping 2 and 1 single bed sleeping 1 Bedroom 2 X1 Double bed sleeping two and one single bed sleeping 1 total 6. A highchair/ Travel cot can if needed. * Property is on the main road, so there may be some noise in the first-floor apartment, although we have triple-glazed windows, so it is fine once inside. The downstairs apartment is set back, so once in very quiet.

Please note there is no close parking; you can park in Waitrose to drop off your belongings to park locally; there is also free parking on an adjacent road 3-5 mins away. * Property is on the main road, so there may be some noise in the first-floor apartment, although we have triple-glazed windows, so it is fine once inside. The downstairs apartment is set back, so once in very quiet. Guest access All the place is yours if you've booked the whole place, they work nicely into a free-flowing space once unlocked. The downstairs flat is not suitbale for young children and old people because of the spiral staircase.
