Small Piece is a charming, thatched cottage resting in Porlock, Somerset. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to four people and served by a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a utility cupboard, a sitting/dining room and a conservatory. To the outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, as well as additional parking on the recreational grounds opposite if needed, and a courtyard area to the rear and a shared lawn area to the front. Washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and WiFi. Sky TV basic package (no movies/sports). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Community recreational grounds to the front. One well-behaved pet welcome. Roadside parking available - spaces for two medium sized cars are located on the lane outside the property. The small coastal village of Porlock can be found in the beautiful Somerset county, just 5.5 miles away from Minehead. The small village is popular with tourists because of its close proximity to the lovely North Somerset coastline and situation within the Exmoor National Park. Within the village you will find a number of gift shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, and just a short distance away is the harbour of Porlock Weir, with pretty views of the Bristol Channel.
