Just a short distance from Crinan harbour, the Crinan canal and the rainforest, it is a walkers and nature lovers paradise. Close to Knapdale Forest and the Beaver Trail plus incredible sea trips to view the wildlife, or whirlpool off Jura from Crinan harbour. The area is also well positioned on the seafood trail and also for anyone interested in art! The local Artmap happens annually with many artists taking part in the open studio event. Some beautiful gardens are close by with history in abundance - standing stones, ruined villages, chapels, castles and bothies. Just a fabulous cottage in which to base yourself for adventure or relaxation.
