A bright and spacious ground floor flat in a Victorian townhouse, this space is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Sleeps up to 2 guests with a good sized kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large shower.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well-equipped with everything you should need for your stay.
There is also a smart TV for nights in.
Free parking is available in the street outside the flat.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedroom.

The flat is centrally located in Penzance and local amenities are all within easy walking distance. Situated on a beautifully mature, tree lined road that leads straight to the beach in only 5 minutes walk. Jubilee Pool, an outdoor pool right on the seafront, is around 10 minutes walk. Free parking is available in the street outside the flat.
Close by are the beautiful and historic sites of St Michael's Mount, Mousehole, the Minack Open Air Theatre, Land's End, St Ives and the Scilly Isles.
