Within 1 minute's walking distance from Surbiton Station, this apartment is ideal for a commuter or tourist looking to benefit from the speedy rail connection into Central London, and with the added benefit of a private parking area is easily accessible from further afield.
Amenities include a 55" 4K TV in the living area and 100mb Wi-Fi.
The balcony benefits from the sun all afternoon during the summer months so guests are able to sit out and enjoy the weather after a long day.
I have lived in Surbiton myself for over 10 years and really enjoy the leafy suburban neighbourhood feel of the area, with the benefit of being a stone’s throw from Central London
