We have meticulous cleaning standards, an eye for design and are super responsive to guest queries or issues with our same day in-house maintenance service. In the interest of maintaining great standards and for the protection of our hosts, property owners and guests, we have teamed with Charge Automation for our online front desk, check-in service. This requires ID verification to be completed for each booking with a 250 pounds security deposit which is requested 1 day prior to check-in, refunded after inspection on check-out.
