A superb contemporary apartment centrally located in beautiful Lytham St Annes. Situated just 250m from the famous Royal Lytham Golf Club. Located on the first floor of the block. St Anne’s is the perfect spot for a seaside holiday. Beautiful award winning beach and great countryside walks nearby. Lytham boasts a superb shopping area, a massive choice or superb restaurants and bars including the famous Taps. Take a stroll along Lytham Green and visit the Windmill before a well earned lunch overlooking the Green.

Located in a residential area just 250m from Royal Lytham Golf Club. The famous Lytham Hall and grounds is 10 minute drive in one direction and the beach 4 mins in the other! There's also a pub within 10 minutes walk.
