Welcome to our spacious sea-view apartment, just a 10-second stroll from the beach. Located on the second floor, it offers uninterrupted views of Weymouth’s beautiful seafront, with a private balcony perfect for enjoying the scenery. This cozy and homely apartment features three large front-facing windows with stunning sea views. The living room includes a large, comfortable sofa, dining table, smart TV, and fast fibre internet—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. There’s a separate bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with a brand-new bath and shower mixer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle—perfect for nights in. Please note that parking will not be available at the property from 17th July to 26th July due to temporary access restrictions. Nearby public car parks within a 5–10 minute walk. The apartment is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and only five minutes from the vibrant heart of Weymouth, where you’ll find shops, pubs, restaurants, and the harbour. About the host - Hi, I'm Russell. I inherited this lovely seaside property from my late grandfather, Bill, who proudly ran it until the grand age of 95. He bought it back in the early 1990s, and we’re lucky to still welcome regular guests who stayed with him all those years ago. In 2024, I officially took over with the help of my mother, and we’ve been gradually updating the property to add a modern touch while keeping its original charm and character. I’ve lived in Weymouth most of my life and now have a family of my own here. I’m based just a few minutes away, so I’m always close by if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable or enjoyable. I’ve been hosting for over two years now and have truly loved the experience – meeting wonderful new people, welcoming returning guests, and helping everyone feel at home. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, you’ll always be greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile. I look forward to making your stay a memorable one.
About the neighbourhood - Our seaside apartments are located just seconds from Weymouth’s award-winning beach and stunning seafront. Guests love how quickly they can step outside and enjoy the best of the coast. Within a minute, you could be out on a pedalo or kayak, soaking in the sea breeze. A 10-minute walk along the Esplanade takes you to the Weymouth Pavilion, where you can enjoy one of the many fantastic shows hosted year-round. Head in the other direction, and within 10 minutes you'll find yourself at Lodmoor Country Park – ideal for a peaceful stroll, a picnic, or a visit to the popular SEA LIFE Centre.
