Our home comprises a large hallway, open plan lounge and dining room, well-equipped kitchen with island, 3 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a communal bathroom. An additional single put-me-up bed and a double sofa bed is available - both can be made up in the double bedroom to create a shared bedrooms. Please add these to your booking if you would like either of these available for your stay, but please note there is an additional laundry fee for each one. Free on-road parking is available. Fresh linen and soft cotton towels are provided, along with ample clothes storage in each of the bedrooms. There are two small balconies from the lounge and dining room overlooking the swimming pool to the rear and the garden to the front. Please note the swimming pool is not heated but does enjoy a sunny aspect in the afternoons. You will have sole use of the swimming pool during your stay but please be aware that our home is located in a town and there are other buildings that look out over it. Pool towels are available for guest use. Free on street parking.

You will have the whole property to yourself and there is a self check-in process on arrival. There is a ground floor apartment which is rented - the tenant has her own separate front door and will not need to encroach on your space at any time. They do not have access to the swimming pool. The property has steps leading up to the front door with handrail. NO dogs
